When my husband and I first started dating in 2001, before I could legally drink...we both were a big fan of Linkin Park. We followed LP everywhere we could, even had a major car accident on our way to one of their concerts.
We even stood in line for hours just to meet them in person and get our CD's signed. Our relationship evolved around LP's music, like some of LP's lyrics knew our emotions, we'd stay quiet and just listened together. Whenever Chester sings, you can feel his emotions with his unique voice, which makes him a true legend and artist. Chester had a voice like no other in the world. We grew to love LP even more when they collaborated with X-ecutioners and Jay-Z. We were also stoked when LP did soundstracks for two Transformers movies. It's still unbelievable how Chester ended his life this morning, leaving his wife and 6 children behind. Gone too soon. The sun sets for you, Chester...RIP.
